ZINC DICHROMATE
Far superior to any spray can product available, Zinc Dichromate is the same finish found when opening most original brake boosters. This gold plating has red and green running through it. Note: Metal that has pitting will still have pits under the plating when replated unless polished out. Available in Gold Iridite.
CADMIUM
Cadmium is a soft white metal that, when plated onto steel, cast iron, malleable iron, copper, or powdered metal, provides excellent corrosion resistance at relatively low thickness. It has a low friction coefficient leading to good lubricity, predictable torque characteristics, good electrical conductivity. Also easy to solder. Available in (XXXXcolor)

SHIPPING TIPS
LABEL EVERY PART
Clearly label all large parts with the type of plating needed.
Put parts that are to be plated the same color together in one package. Keep parts to be plated in different colors packaged separately within a larger box so that they don't mix in transit.
Put a note inside the box with your phone number and email so we can contact you upon receipt.arrival.
PACK THEM CAREFULLY
Use plenty of packing material to protect your parts and to keep them from damaging the box and possibly falling out.
Our motto is, the stiffer the cardboard, the better the box. Please also note that ziplock bags may leak during transit.
Remember to provide adequate insurance on your package en route to us in case of damage or loss.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We primarily use UPS to ship. We recommend you go directly to a terminal office (as opposed to a privately-owned satellite office) for the best pricing. See their website for estimated shipping costs.
